Rover (Aero) is a Sub DPS unit capable of dealing significant DMG to enemies and healing the entire team. While they can't apply Aero Erosion directly, they can convert other negative status effects on enemies, such as Spectro Frazzle, into Aero Erosion and increase the maximum stacks that can be applied to them.
