Cartethyia is an Aero DPS character whose kit scales off her HP and utilizes the Aero Erosion debuff on enemies.

Best Echoes

(2) Aero DMG +10%.
(5) Hitting a target with Aero Erosion increases Crit. Rate by 10% and grants 30% Aero DMG Bonus, lasting for 10s.
Best Echo set for Cartethyia. It buffs her Crit Rate and Aero DMG whenever she hits targets afflicted with Aero Erosion.
(2) Aero DMG +10%.
(5) Inflicting Aero Erosion on enemies increases Aero DMG for all Resonators in the team by 15%, and for the Resonator triggering this effect by an additional 15%, lasting for 20s.
An alternative if you haven’t farmed Echoes for Windward Pilgrimage, but you shouldn’t invest too much and should save for her best set instead.
(2) Aero DMG +10%.
(5) Aero DMG +30% for 15s after releasing Intro Skill.
Good early-game set for beginners.

Main Echoes

Summon Windcleaver and attack the target, dealing 27.36% Aero DMG 8 times and 136.80% Aero DMG once. The Resonator with this Echo equipped in the main slot gains 10.00% Aero DMG Bonus. When Resonator: Aero or Cartethyia equips this Echo, they gain 10.00% more Aero DMG Bonus. CD: 20s.
Best Main Echo with a passive practically tailor-made for Cartethyia.
Summon a Nightmare: Feilian Beringal to attack enemies, dealing 164.16% Aero DMG. The remaining Whirlwind Beam will continuously attack surrounding enemies up to 5 times, each dealing 21.89% Aero DMG. The Resonator with this Echo equipped in their main slot gains 12.00% Aero DMG Bonus and 12.00% Heavy Attack DMG Bonus. CD: 20s.
A good alternative if you're still using the Sierra Gale set.

If Ciaccona is on your team, focus on getting a good Crit ratio with the 44111 set to maximize Gusts of Welkin buffs. Without Ciaccona, or for more consistent overall damage, use the 43311 set instead. Try to reach at least 115-120% Energy Regen for smoother rotations, and 48,000-50,000 HP to maximize her damage.
