Ruan Mei is an Ice-element character who follows the Path of Harmony. She is a powerful support unit with exceptional team-wide buffing capabilities, providing bonuses such as increased damage, Speed, Weakness Break Efficiency, Break Effect, and All-Type Resistance Penetration.
She also has a unique ability to delay enemy actions through her Ultimate’s Zone, making her especially effective in Damage over Time (DoT) and Super Break teams—where prolonging Weakness Break states and delaying enemy turns can significantly amplify overall damage output.

Aside from the Break Effect Ruan Mei already provides, this set is exceptionally good for her because it not only increases her own Break Effect but also grants the same bonus to all allies whenever she uses her Ultimate.
Notably, Ruan Mei can consistently trigger this effect, as it activates upon using her Ultimate—regardless of its area of effect or target conditions.

This set may be considered for Ruan Mei; however, she cannot fully benefit from its 4-piece effect, as she rarely inflicts Weakness Break on enemies herself.

If Ruan Mei has reached the 180% Break Effect threshold through good substat rolls, she can use this set to provide a Speed boost to her team, allowing allies to take turns more quickly. However, this set is not recommended when Ruan Mei is part of a Super Break team, as it doesn’t fully capitalize on her Break-focused support potential in those compositions.

(2) Increases the wearer's Effect RES by 10%. When the wearer's Effect RES is at 30% or higher, all allies' CRIT DMG increases by 10%.
Ruan Mei can equip this set only if she is not part of a Super Break team, as it provides Crit DMG to allies when she reaches 30% Effect RES.
(2) Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 5%. If the wearer is not the first character in the team lineup, then increases the ATK of the first character in the team lineup by 12%.
