Cyrene is an excellent support unit designed to synergize with Chrysos Heir characters, thanks to her memosprite’s supportive effects. In addition to that, she boosts her team’s overall damage output by enabling True DMG through her skill and can instantly fully charge her allies’ Ultimates the first time she activates hers. While Cyrene performs best alongside Chrysos Heir allies, she can still effectively support a non–Chrysos Heir DPS as long as she is teamed up with one or two Chrysos Heirs to help accelerate her Ultimate stack generation.

Best Cavern Relics

(4) When using Skill or Ultimate on one ally target, increases the ability target's CRIT DMG by 18%, lasting for 2 turn(s). This effect can stack up to 2 time(s).
(2) Increases SPD by 6%.
(4) When the wearer uses their Ultimate on an ally, SPD for all allies increases by 12% for 1 turn(s). This effect cannot be stacked.
This 2 piece combo is her best set in order reach the 180 SPD Threshold - in which she provides 20% DMG dealt increase for all allies.
(2) Increases CRIT DMG by 8%.
(4) After the wearer uses Basic ATK or Skill, if the wearer's memosprite is on the field, increases Max HP of the wearer and their memosprite by 24%, and increases all allies' DMG by 15% until the wearer's next Basic ATK or Skill.
This is a great alternative set, particularly suited for Castorice’s team. However, Cyrene should still maintain at least 180 SPD to activate her team buff and maximize her Ice RES PEN.

Best Planar Ornaments

(2) Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 5%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer's action is Advanced Forward by 40% immediately upon entering battle.
Despite the ERR increase, Cyrene benefits from its second passive, which advances her forward at the start of each battle.
(2) Increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 8%. While the wearer's memosprite is on the field, increases all allies' SPD by 8%. This effect cannot be stacked.
Particularly a good alternative set to enhance her allies' SPD.

Cyrene’s main stat focus is SPD, as she needs to reach 180 SPD to activate her 3rd Bonus Ability. Any SPD beyond 180 further increases her Ice RES PEN, enhancing her overall damage potential.
