Bailu is a solid healer with a slightly unpredictable healing pattern. Her Skill heals one ally and then bounces to two random allies, which can include herself. Her Ultimate provides team-wide healing and grants the Invigoration buff, which restores HP to allies when they take damage.

Best Cavern Relics

(2) Increases SPD by 6%.
(4) When the wearer or their memosprite provides healing to ally targets other than themselves, the wearer gains "Gentle Rain," which lasts for 2 turn(s) and can only trigger once per turn. While the wearer has "Gentle Rain," SPD increases by 6% and all allies' CRIT DMG increases by 15%. This effect cannot stack.
Although Bailu’s Skill heals random allies, she can still make full use of this set’s Crit DMG buff, as it only requires her to heal any ally to activate.
(2) Increases SPD by 6%.
(4) When the wearer uses their Ultimate on an ally, SPD for all allies increases by 12% for 1 turn(s). This effect cannot be stacked.
While it doesn’t directly enhance her healing, this set lets Bailu boost the team’s SPD whenever she uses her Ultimate.

Best Planar Ornaments

(2) Increases the wearer's SPD by 6%. When the wearer's Speed is 135/180 or higher, increases the wearer and their memosprite's Outgoing Healing by 12%/20%.
This is currently her best Planar Ornament Set for increasing her healing output.
(2) Increases the wearer's Effect RES by 10%. When the wearer's Effect RES is at 30% or higher, all allies' CRIT DMG increases by 10%.
This set is a good alternative, especially for Crit-focused teams, as it provides Crit DMG while enhancing Bailu’s resistance to crowd control debuffs.
(2) Increases the wearer's Max HP by 12%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, all allies' ATK increases by 8%.
Since Bailu’s healing scales with HP, this set suits her well while also boosting the team’s ATK.

Bailu needs at least 4,000 HP to maximize her outgoing healing and 135 SPD for faster turns. When equipped with the Broken Keel set, she should have at least 30% Effect RES to activate the team-wide 10% Crit DMG buff.

When any ally uses their Ultimate, the wearer restores HP for the ally currently with the lowest HP percentage by an amount equal to 10~14% of the healed ally's Max HP. When the wearer provides healing for an ally, increases the healed ally's ATK by 2.4~4.0%. This effect can stack up to 5 times and lasts for 2 turn(s).
This is her best Light Cone so far for faster Energy restoration and providing ATK buff when healing.

Increases the wearer's Max HP by 18~30% and Outgoing Healing by 12~20%. When the wearer heals allies, record the amount of Outgoing Healing. When any ally launches an attack, a random attacked enemy takes Additional DMG equal to 36~60% of the recorded Outgoing Healing value. The type of this Additional DMG is of the same Type as the wearer's. This Additional DMG is not affected by other buffs, and can only occur 1 time per turn.
This is her second-best Light Cone; despite being her signature, it doesn’t provide beneficial buffs for the team.

Increases the wearer's Outgoing Healing by 10~20%. When using Skill, regenerates 2.0~4.0 Energy for all allies.
This is considered her best 4★ Light Cone, as it provides team-wide Energy regeneration.s

Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 8~16% and increases Outgoing Healing when they use their Ultimate by 12~24%.
This Light Cone is also a good alternative, helping her make her Ultimate available faster while increasing its healing output.

Enjoy With Rapture
At the start of the wearer's turn, regenerates 8~16 Energy for a randomly chosen ally (excluding the wearer) whose current Energy is lower than 50%.
This Light Cone is also a good alternative, providing Energy regeneration to a random ally with 50% Energy or less.
