With the recent Hexerei update in 6.2, Razor is now more suited to be an Electro main DPS. Just need to pair him with another Hexerei character.

Best Artifacts

(4) If the wielder of this artifact set uses a Sword, Claymore or Polearm, increases their Normal Attack DMG by 35%.
Most consistent set for Razor, providing 35% Normal Attack DMG Bonus and 18% ATK.

(4) When Normal Attacks hit opponents, there is a 36% chance that it will trigger Valley Rite, which will increase Normal Attack DMG by 70% of ATK. This effect will be dispelled 0.05s after a Normal Attack deals DMG. If a Normal Attack fails to trigger Valley Rite, the odds of it triggering the next time will increase by 20%. This trigger can occur once every 0.2s.
Might outperform 4pc Glad, but a bit inconsistent and reportedly fails at high-ping scenarios due to how it works.
(2) Electro DMG Bonus +15%
(4) Increases the DMG caused by Overloaded, Electro-Charged, Superconduct, and Hyperbloom by 40%, the DMG Bonus conferred by Aggravate by 20%, and the DMG caused by Lunar-Charged by 20%. When Quicken or the aforementioned Elemental Reactions are triggered, Elemental Skill CD is decreased by 1s. Can only occur once every 0.8s.
Great if in a team that triggers reactions.

The 2 aforementioned effects can be triggered even when the character is not on the field. Additionally, when not protected by a shield, the character's Max HP will be increased by 32~64%.

Gain the "Scorching Brilliance" effect when using an Elemental Skill or Burst: CRIT DMG increased by 20~40% and ATK increased by 28~56% for 6s. This effect can trigger once every 10s. While a "Scorching Brilliance" instance is active, its duration is increased by 2s after Normal or Charged attacks deal Elemental DMG. This effect can trigger once every second. and the max duration increase is 6s. Additionally, when the equipping character is in the Nightsoul's Blessing state, "Scorching Brilliance" effects are increased by 75%, and its duration will not count down when the equipping character is off—field.
Mavuika's signature weapon. Good CRIT Rate and high Base ATK, although Razor may not be able to get the full effect of the passive since he doesn't have Nightsoul mechanics.

Amazing BP weapon with up to 50% DMG Bonus at R5 full stacks. Might need a shielder or some dodging to maintain the stacks though.

Nice craftable option with good ATK buffs that can be maintained with a healer.
