Linnea is a Sub DPS and support character for Lunar-Crystallize teams, but could also be used in non-Lunar Geo teams although with less benefits from her kit. She deals off-field Geo and Lunar-Crystallize DMG and provides team heal from her Burst with continuous healing for the active character. On top of that, she has Geo RES Shred, Lunar-Crystallize buff based on DEF, and uncapped EM buff based on DEF.

(2) Increases Elemental Mastery by 80.
(4) When the equipping character is off-field, Lunar Reaction DMG is increased by 20%. When the party’s Moonsign Level is at least Ascendant Gleam, Lunar Reaction DMG will be further increased by 40%. This effect will disappear after the equipping character is active for 3s.
Best set to increase her Sub DPS capability, providing 80 EM and up to 60% Lunar Reaction DMG.

(4) A character equipped with this Artifact set will obtain the Curiosity effect in the following conditions: When on the field, the character gains 1 stack after hitting an opponent with a Geo attack, triggering a maximum of once every 0.3s. When off the field, the character gains 1 stack every 3s. Curiosity can stack up to 4 times, each providing 6% DEF and a 6% Geo DMG Bonus. When 6 seconds pass without gaining a Curiosity stack, 1 stack is lost.
Alternative set to stack a lot of DEF which is the main basis of her damage, healing, and EM buffs for the team which is actually uncapped.
(2) Energy Recharge +20%.
(4) When dealing Elemental DMG, gain the Gleaming Moon: Devotion effect for 8s: Increases all party members' Elemental Mastery by 60/120 when the party's Moonsign is Nascent Gleam/Ascendant Gleam. The equipping character can trigger this effect while off-field. All party members' Lunar Reaction DMG is increased by 10% for each different Gleaming Moon effect that party members have. Effects from Gleaming Moon cannot stack.
If there are no other Silken Moon holders in a Lunar team, she can alternatively equip them to buff the team.

Linnea only needs 2000 DEF to cap the 14% Lunar-Crystallize DMG buff from her talent, but her EM buff based on her DEF is actually uncapped so having more DEF isn't necessarily a waste.

The Parting Refrain
A part of the "Millennial Movement" that wanders amidst the winds. Increases Elemental Mastery by 60~120. When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" effect for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" increases Elemental Mastery by 100~200 and increases ATK by 20~40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s. Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.
ER stat is useful for Burst uptime, and the team gets EM and ATK buffs.

CRIT hits have a 60~100% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 12~6s.
ER stat is good for Burst uptime and passive helps provide more energy for the team, though you'll need more CRIT Rate to trigger it more reliably.
