Sara is a quickswap support who is able to buff your active character via her Crowfeather mechanic while dealing a decent amount of personal damage. When Sara uses her Elemental Skill, her next Charged Shot will leave a Crowfeather at the target location which explodes after a short while, granting the active character in its AoE an attack buff based on Sara's Base ATK. Active characters within her Burst's AoE will also receive the same buff or have its duration refreshed. If building Sara for personal damage, it is recommended to let her receive the buff provided by her Skill to enhance her Burst, while letting the next active character be buffed by her Burst. At [C2], you can skip the Charged Shot as it immediately drops a Crowfeather, and save it for later on if you wanna swap back to her to extend her buffs. The Crit Damage buff provided by Sara's [C6] cannot be snapshot and is not shown in the attribute page.

When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" effect for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" increases Elemental Mastery by 100~200 and increases ATK by 20~40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s. Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.
While providing a strong buff for the team and a large amount of Energy Recharge, Sara can have issues with reliably activating the passive in Single Target scenarios against small or mobile enemies.
