Teams Update5.5
As the premier Anemo support unit for Anemo dps based teams, Faruzan combines both high Anemo damage buffing with Anemo resistance shredding to become a cornerstone of any team that wants to focus on Anemo damage. Though building her means primarily focusing on dealing with her high Energy Requirements.

Best Artifacts

(2) Elemental Burst DMG +20%
(4) Using an Elemental Burst increases all party members' ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.
This is her best option in teams that either won't benefit significantly from Viridescent Venerer (4) shred, or teams that already have another unit holding the aforementioned set.
(2) When a nearby party member triggers a Nightsoul Burst, the equipping character regenerates 6 Elemental Energy.
(4) After the equipping character triggers a reaction related to their Elemental Type, all nearby party members gain a 12% Elemental DMG Bonus for the Elemental Types involved in the elemental reaction for 15s. If the equipping character is in the Nightsoul's Blessing state when triggering this effect, all nearby party members gain an additional 28% Elemental DMG Bonus for the Elemental Types involved in the elemental reaction for 20s. The equipping character can trigger this effect while off-field, and the DMG bonus from Artifact Sets with the same name do not stack.
(2) Anemo DMG Bonus +15%
(4) Increases Swirl DMG by 60%. Decreases opponent's Elemental RES to the element infused in the Swirl by 40% for 10s.
This set should be used in teams which have a significant amount of Pyro/Hydro/Electro/Cryo damage. Note the resistance shred does not buff Anemo damage and the set wielder must Swirl the element(s) while on-field for the resistance shred.
(2) Energy Recharge +20%
(4) Increases Elemental Burst DMG by 25% of Energy Recharge. A maximum of 75% bonus DMG can be obtained in this way.
This set will give Faruzan her best personal damage output, assuming the team is already running Viridescent Venerer (4). Also if you're willing to invest more time farming substats it can potentially give you more Energy Recharge than running The Exile (2).
(2) Increases Elemental Skill DMG by 20%.
(4) Increases Elemental Skill DMG by 25%. Additionally, when not on the field, Elemental Skill DMG will be further increased by 25%. This effect will be cleared 2s after taking the field.
This set is better than Emblem of Severed Fate (4) if Faruzan is C6 because of the pressurized collapse damage.
(2) HP +20%
(4) When an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, the ATK of all nearby party members is increased by 20% and their Shield Strength is increased by 30% for 3s. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s. This effect can still be triggered even when the character who is using this artifact set is not on the field.
This has similar usage cases to Noblesse Oblige (4), except in that it requires Faruzan C6 for improved uptime through extra Pressurized Collapse activations.
(2) Energy Recharge +20%
(4) Increases Elemental Burst DMG by 25% of Energy Recharge. A maximum of 75% bonus DMG can be obtained in this way.
(2) Energy Recharge +20%
(4) Using an Elemental Burst regenerates 2 Energy for all party members (excluding the wearer) every 2s for 6s. This effect cannot stack.
Faruzan's Energy Recharge requirements pre-C6 can be extremely high, so high that it can be difficult to build enough using a 4pc set bonus. As such, using Emblem of Severed Fate (2) with whatever artifact combination will give you the most Energy Recharge is a reasonable option.

Energy Recharge / CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG / ATK%
*Due to Faruzan's high Energy Recharge requirements pre-C6, it is acceptable to disregard running an Anemo goblet in favor of a goblet which provides more ER. A Crit Rate circlet should still be taken to ensure Favonius procs. *Only assumes higher priority Crit Rate substats than Crit DMG when using Favonius Warbow.

CRIT hits have a 60~100% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 12~6s.

The Parting Refrain
A part of the "Millennial Movement" that wanders amidst the winds. Increases Elemental Mastery by 60~120. When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" effect for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" increases Elemental Mastery by 100~200 and increases ATK by 20~40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s. Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.
Usually only a better option at higher constellation levels such as [C6] where her energy needs can be met without Favonius passive particles.

Net Snapper
Triggers the Flowrider effect after using an Elemental Skill, dealing 80~160% ATK as AoE DMG upon hitting an opponent with an attack. Flowrider will be removed after 15s or after causing 3 instances of AoE DMG. Only 1 instance of AoE DMG can be caused every 2s in this way. Flowrider can be triggered once every 12s.

Radiance of the Deeps
Has three states, Evengleam, Afterglow, and Dawnblaze, which increase DMG dealt by 6%/10%/14%~12%/20%/28% respectively. When attacks hit opponents, this weapon will switch to the next state. This weapon can change states once every 7s. The character equipping this weapon can still trigger the state switch while not on the field.

Composed
After dealing damage to an opponent with an Elemental Skill, the skill has a 40~80% chance to end its own CD. Can only occur once every 30~16s.
It's worth mentioning that the extra Pressurized Collapse from a second E wont give you any extra particles if it's within her 5.5 second particle generation cooldown.
