Diluc is a good standard Pyro Main DPS character, best used with Vaporize teams.

Best Artifacts

(2) Pyro DMG Bonus +15%
(4) Increases Overloaded and Burning, and Burgeon DMG by 40%. Increases Vaporize and Melt DMG by 15%. Using Elemental Skill increases the 2-Piece Set Bonus by 50% of its starting value for 10s. Max 3 stacks.
Diluc's 3-stage Elemental Skill can instantly fill the 3 stacks of this set, granting the maximum buff.
(2) ATK +18%.
(4) If the wielder of this artifact set uses a Sword, Claymore or Polearm, increases their Normal Attack DMG by 35%.
Both Diluc's Physical and Pyro-infused Normal Attacks will benefit from the 35% Normal Attack DMG Bonus of this set.

This effect can trigger once every second. and the max duration increase is 6s. Additionally, when the equipping character is in the Nightsoul's Blessing state, "Scorching Brilliance" effects are increased by 75%, and its duration will not count down when the equipping character is off—field.
Good CRIT Rate and high Base ATK, although Diluc may not be able to get the full effect of the passive since he doesn't have Nightsoul mechanics.

Nice CRIT Rate and ATK stats, but the Elemental Skill DMG Bonus can only be activated with Crystallize shards.
