Itto is primarily used as a main DPS, although he's reliant on his burst to deal damage. Take note that Itto's DMG is technically still based on his (total) ATK, but because he converts his DEF into ATK upon burst and the fact that he has much higher base DEF, it's still mathematically more beneficial to focus on DEF% buffs. But understand that this doesn't mean that ATK stats are useless, which is a common misconception.

(4) A character equipped with this Artifact set will obtain the Curiosity effect in the following conditions: When on the field, the character gains 1 stack after hitting an opponent with a Geo attack, triggering a maximum of once every 0.3s. When off the field, the character gains 1 stack every 3s. Curiosity can stack up to 4 times, each providing 6% DEF and a 6% Geo DMG Bonus. When 6 seconds pass without gaining a Curiosity stack, 1 stack is lost.
Provides a total of 54% DEF and 24% Geo DMG Bonus at full stacks.

Every 4s a character is on the field, they will deal 6~10% more DMG and take 3~2% more DMG. This effect has a maximum of 5 stacks and will not be reset if the character leaves the field, but will be reduced by 1 stack when the character takes DMG.
At R5, Serpent Spine if one of the strongest 4-star weapons that rival some 5-stars, providing up to 50% DMG bonus at full stacks and also comes with a decent CRIT Rate stat.

Best F2P craftable option. Provides a lot of DEF from its stat plus more stackable DEF and ATK stats, both up to +48% at R5 with full stacks that Itto can easily keep up.

Increases ATK by 20~40%. On hit, attacks against opponents with less than 30% HP increase all party members' ATK by 40~80% for 12s. Can only occur once every 30s.
Still a good option for Itto since (as explained above) his attacks still benefit from ATK. Passive can also buff the entire team's ATK further when conditions are met.

Increases Shield Strength by 20~40%. Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4~8% for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, this ATK increase effect is increased by 100%.
Not exactly the best but still usable with Itto.
